Fitted the blinds and full explanations of all the windows functions as new windows slightly different than the old ones. Very tidy and cleaned all surfaces after completion and removed all old used materials. Would definitely use this company again for any velux windows replacements or repairs.

Looking to replace old leaking velux. Found Hessian Cole through the velux website. Able to communicate through email and photos. I was given a detailed quote with various options to choose. Answered queries. Once agreed was given a date for work to start. Neil and Darren completed work in timescale to a very good standard. All inside surfaces were covered to minimise mess. Was given demonstration of new windows and blinds. Site left clean and tidy and all rubbish removed. Very happy with everything.

From first contact which was by recommendation they provided a comprehensive detailed quotation very quickly and scheduled the installation date. They turned up and installed the window on the given day efficiently and with very little disruption. They were very friendly in their approach and communication. They produced high quality work and left the work area clean and tidy. The only negative I can think of is that you may have to wait several months for installation as their services are clearly in high demand.
