Having been told by Velux, it would be impossible to repair our 25 year old Velux windows as there were more spares ANYWHERE!!! Enter Hessian Cole who completely stripped the units to the frame, replaced ALL broken parts, completely serviced and cleaned the windows and left them looking like the day they were installed.
