VELUX Pitched and Flat roof windows/skylights are guaranteed for 10 years.
VELUX Sun Tunnels are guaranteed for 10 years.
VELUX Vario Bespoke Rooflights are guaranteed for 10 years.
VELUX Electric or Solar motors are guaranteed for 3 years.
VELUX Manual, Electric or Solar blinds are guaranteed for 3 years.
VELUX Electric and Solar External Shutters and Awnings are guaranteed for 5 years.
VELUX Manual External Awnings are guaranteed for 3 years.
Be aware that these guarantees cover failure of the product and will not cover you if the product has been improperly installed.
