Having telephoned Hessian Cole about a minor problem with our two Velux Windows, Neil responded promptly and was able to do the job immediately, as he happened to be in our area. He worked very efficiently (with two colleagues) and gave the windows a complete overhaul, removing and replacing them. They completed the job in an hour, in a professional and friendly way, and we were very pleased with the result.
