We were lead to believe by various roofers that a new roof was required due to leaks but …thankfully Velux suggested a visit from one of their experts namely Hessian Cole..Upon inspection Neil stated that he would service our 3 Velux windows which would solve the problem and was 100% sure that a new roof was not required. A few days later 3 Velux experts namely Neil,Darren and Dan arrived and serviced our windows. 2 major storms later no leaks !! or buckets required..the quality of their work and respect of our home was second to none. They even vacuumed before they left,3 great men who enjoyed a cup of coffee….An excellent team in all aspects who we would fully recommend….
